Johnson advances to state weightlifting meet

Taylor County High School (TCHS) sent two Bulldog lifters to the regional weightlifting meet in Live Oak last Friday, where Cade Johnson earned a spot in the FHSAA Class 1A State Weightlifting Meet by placing second in the 183 lb. class.

Fellow Bulldog Michael Sparrow finished in eighth place in the 238 lb. weight class at the regional meet, just missing a chance to advance to state by placing in one of the top six spots in each weight class.
