Man, 74, fires a warning shot at intoxicated friend

A dispute fueled by alcohol between two men, ages 74 and 61 respectively, escalated to the point that one pulled a gun and shot at the other late Sunday.

No one was harmed in the incident and the alleged shooter, 74-year-old James Gaylord Walsh, was taken into custody without incident at his home on Beach Road.
