Four Perry-based runners are dreaming of crossing the iconic blue and yellow finish line as they head to Massachusetts to compete in the Boston Marathon – the country’s oldest and most prestigious road racing event.
Melissa Kinsey Land, Lydia Veal McRae, Roy “Mack” Crews and Michael Rhodes will all be representing their Taylor County roots as they compete alongside some 30,000 other road racers from all over the world in Monday’s race.
