How would you spend $12 million? RESTORE accepting proposals

The Taylor County RESTORE Act Committee is seeking potential projects to consider should the county receive money from Clean Water Act penalties levied against British Petroleum (BP) for the Deepwater Horizon oil spill.

Although the litigation involving the penalties is ongoing, Taylor County could receive between $3 million and $12 million depending on the eventual settlement.
