School district receives clean financial audit

The Taylor County School District has received another clean district-level financial audit from the Florida Auditor General and is in the process of addressing several findings contained in a local internal audit conducted at each school site.

At the school board’s March 5 meeting, school board members praised District Finance Director Ashley Valentine for the financial audit results recently received for the 2017-18 fiscal year.
