Turner was caring for loved one when killed

Dannette Turner was returning home from Tallahassee Friday night after doing what she did best – taking care of a loved one – when she was involved in a horrific car crash that claimed her life and left her passenger, Marilyn Bishop, with critical injuries.

“She (Turner) had taken her brother to the hospital and he was admitted with pneumonia. My mom went with her,” Bishop’s daughter, Leketriss Thompson, said.
