Wall arrested Monday for DUI death

Jason Wilson Wall, 31, was formally charged with driving under the influence (DUI) manslaughter and DUI with serious bodily injury Monday, July 8—nearly two years after the death of Erin Nichole (Walker) Lawless, the Perry mother who died in a car crash the night she turned 28 years old and some five weeks after the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) issued a warrant for his arrest.

Wall, who was in court for a motion hearing related to the case, was arrested and ordered held on a $100,000 bond. He remained in custody at the Taylor County Jail as of presstime Tuesday.
