Brown delivers ‘State of the City’ April 25

With a background in planning, City Manager Taylor Brown is used to looking at things from a “big picture” perspective – seeing individual issues as pieces of a puzzle that come together as one.

“This has been a period of getting our house in order and gearing up for a new direction. Stay with me… we are getting there. When I give my presentation, I think you will be wowed by how many balls are in the air and how many different issues your little staff are dealing with, and the kind of stuff we are doing for you every day,” Brown told council members as he previewed a “state of the city” overview he plans to deliver Thursday, April 25.
