Scholarships to be awarded

The Ken and Betsy Smith Foundation, in conjunction with the Taylor County Historical Society, will award two $1,500 scholarships to local high school seniors.

The scholarships are being presented in honor of former POW Ed Sheffield, the late Paul Evans and the late W.T. Cash.

Applications are available at the high school and online at the society’s Facebook page.
