Deadline nears for U.S. rep, state attorney, public defender races

Although election officials are busy preparing for the upcoming special election, an important deadline is already approaching for the 2020 election cycle.

Anyone interested in running in 2020 for U.S. representative, state attorney or public defender must change their party affiliation to the one they plan to run on by April 28 of this year.
