Home health provider faces 3 felony charges

A Perry woman is facing three felony charges for grand theft, uttering forged checks and exploitation of an elderly person after allegedly being overpaid more than $11,000 for home healthcare services.

Amy Lynn Gray, 39, voluntarily turned herself in on Tuesday, April 23, after Dixie County Judge Jennifer Johnson issued a warrant for her arrest based on information contained in a Taylor County Sheriff’s Office (TCSO) investigator’s arrest affidavit.
