New city manager highlights ‘the good, bad & ugly’

Falling insulation, missing ceiling tiles, dirty floors and an outdated HVAC system that requires so much maintenance repairmen don’t even bother replacing the front cover.

These were some of the sights that greeted City Manager Taylor Brown when he opened the door to the cramped quarters where City Hall’s air-conditioning unit is kept.
