Fiery fatal crash claims Perry man

A Perry man has been identified as the victim of a deadly fiery crash that happened nearly three weeks ago in Madison County.

On Tuesday, the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) announced that the driver involved in the fatal crash had been positively identified as Charles Thomas “Tommy” Bellflowers, 52.
