Gracelynn, “Gracie” D’Layne Fouts

Gracelynn, “Gracie” D’Layne Fouts, age 4, passed away on April 29, 2019 in Perry.  Gracie was born May 18, 2014 in Gainesville to Pamela Hodge and Douglas Fouts.

Gracie was a smart, loving and outgoing little girl. Her favorite hobby was playing with her friends and spending time with her family. She enjoyed doing arts and crafts with her mother. Her personality would make anyone smile.

Gracie is preceded in death by her great-grandmother Ruby Reed, her great grandfather Norman Erwin, Her great grandfather Walter Mills Sr, and her aunt Shonna Renee Mills.

Gracie is survived by one brother, Tristan Hodge, one sister Chaney Hodge, one nephew Jacob Roy Hodge, her grandmother Darla Erwin Ross, grandparents W.C. and Tracy Mills, and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

A memorial service will be held for Gracie and her mother Saturday, May 11, 2019, at 11:00 a.m. at First Assembly of God of Perry.
