Pamela “Pam” Grace Hodge, 36, passed away April 29, 2019, in Perry. Pam was born June 24, 1982, in Gainesville to W.C. Mills and Darla Erwin-Ross.
Pam was a great mother who loved all three of her kids with all of her heart. She always made sure they never went without what they needed, or anyone for that matter. She was more than just a mother, sister and daughter. She was a genuine person all around. She was expressive of herself with her artsy, inventive ways. She had that quirky, fun and playful personality. There was never a dull moment when it came to her and if she had anything to do with it, then there were no sad days.
Pam was preceded in death by her grandmother Ruby Reed, her grandfather Norman Erwin, her grandfather Walter Mills Sr, and her sister Shonna Renee Mills.
She is survived by two children Tristan and Chaney Hodge, her mother Darla Erwin Ross, her father W.C. Mills and step mother Tracy Mills, four sisters Lisa Ann Mills, Amanda Mills-NesSmith (Aaron), Cassie Bryant (Gerald) and Jasmine Bryant, three brothers W.C. Mills III, John Hopson (Morgan), and Storm Powers, one grandson Jacoby Roy Hodge as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, May 11, 2019, at 11:00 a.m. at First Assembly of God with Jason Naes officiating. The family will receive friends afterward at 802 East Wilson St. in Perry.
