Tammi L. Kinsey

Tammi L. Kinsey of Perry passed away May 3, 2019, at her home surrounded by her family after a battle of cancer. She was born May 7, 1969, in Perry and is the daughter of Darryl Slaughter and Jetty King Sadousky.

Tammi was a loving wife, mother and “nannie” to her grandchildren. She was the rock that held her family together and was a great friend to all who knew her. She will be greatly missed but not forgotten.

She was proceeded in death by her son, Kevin Michael Urbanski (Bubba).

She is survived by her husband of 17 years James Kinsey, children Carmen Edwards (Brad) of Madison, Ala., Lex Ubanski of Perry, Daniel Ubanski (Chelsey) of Perry, six grandchildren, two brothers and two sisters.

There will be a celebration of life ceremony for family and friends at a later date.
