Stephens signs contract with Bills

Former Taylor County High School football star receiver Moral Stephens was one of 36 players invited to attend the Buffalo Bills’ 2019 rookie mini-camp over the weekend in New York.

When the weekend was over, Stephens was one of only four athletes who signed a contract with the Bills for the upcoming 2019-20 season.
