Willadean Hicks

Willadean Hicks, 88, passed away on May 10, 2019 in San Destin, Fla. Willadean was born July 28, 1930, in Vernon, Fla., to Oswald Hudson and Elsie Pritchard Hudson.

Willadean was of the Baptist faith and was a member of Southside Baptist Church. Willadean was a homemaker and was very active in her church.

Willadean was preceded in death by her parents Oswald Hudson and Elsie Pritchard Hudson, her husband of 24 years Clestus Hicks, also a brother Wilson Hudson and her son in law Chuck Edwards.

She is survived by her two daughters, Ginger Turnbough and her husband Ted and Greta Edwards. Four grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, and six great great grandchildren as a well as a host of nieces and nephews.

Graveside Services will be held on Monday, May 13, 2019, at 2:00 p.m. at Pineview Memorial Cemetery with Rev. Gary French officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Monday, May 13, 2019, at Burns Funeral Home of Perry. All arrangements are under the direction of Burns Funeral Home of Perry.
