One year ago, the Perry City Council passed a comprehensive ordinance addressing the upkeep of commercial buildings in the historic downtown district.
The ordinance served as a tool to put property owners on notice as to what standards would be enforced, starting 12 months from the passage of the new law. Those 12 months end Feb. 14.
