‘We have the fight’

Taylor Countians young and old gathered at Veterans Memorial Park Monday to honor those who served in uniform and gave all so that we could live in a nation of free people.

The annual ceremony featured a fly-over by four military planes which approached from the west, crossed the park and returned in a “missing man” formation, with one of the planes peeling away from the others to fly alone.
