Pipeline is now 25% completed

The Foley Cellulose Mill’s Fenholloway pipeline project is 25% complete, as crews are taking advantage of the recent dry weather to work in areas that were previously too wet.

That was the latest update on the project from Public Affairs Manager Scott Mixon and Fenholloway Project Leader Chet Thompson to the Taylor County Commission Monday night.
