    Sentencing delayed

    Posted on June 7, 2019

Bolden (left) and his attorney, Charles “Chuck” Hobbs, appeared before Circuit Judge Greg Parker Monday. Hobbs, who has been privately retained, requested the hearing be pushed back to July 1. Parker granted the motion and set the July hearing for 1:30 p.m.

A sentencing hearing for Henry “Teety Pop” Bolden Jr., who was found guilty of “accessory after the fact to first degree murder” related to the January 2018 death of Kashawn “Chico” Davis, has been delayed an additional month.

Trial dates for the two other suspects in the murder, Jarnell “Roosta” Coverson and Marcques “E.I.” McGee, have not been set.
