FSA: Local 3rd graders tie state average for first time

Taylor County School District officials are celebrating a major accomplishment after learning that local third grade students posted their best-ever results on the Florida Standards Assessments (FSA) test since the state switched to the new standardized assessment program in 2015.

Near the conclusion of the school board’s Tuesday, June 4, meeting, Superintendent Dr. Danny Glover Jr. mentioned some “good news” coming out of the district.
