12U All-Stars to play in state tournament

Taylor County’s 12U All-Star girls softball team will be heading to the state tournament on June 20 in Lake City after the Lady Bulldogs finished as runners up this past weekend in their district tournament in Live Oak.

Lake City managed to edge Taylor County’s All-Stars out in the opening round by a 5-3 final, which sent the Lady Bulldogs to the loser’s bracket early in the tournament.
