Three-vehicle crash

A three-vehicle crash at the intersection of Jefferson Street and West Saxon Street Thursday afternoon temporarily affected the already-congested traffic conditions on the main City of Perry roadway clogged with vehicles detoured around the railroad crossing repair work on Hwy. 19.

No one was seriously injured, but at least one victim was transported to the hospital for treatment after being cut by broken glass.
