Leon County fugitive caught

Local law enforcement officers have had convicted felon James Kelly Cruce, 32, on their radar “for some time now,” according to officials, and on Wednesday afternoon, spent three hours tracking him through a cluster of woods off Millinor Road before taking him into custody.

Cruce was wanted on two outstanding warrants out of Leon County, both for failing to appear (FTA) in court there on charges of grand theft and driving with a revoked license.
