The City of Perry Board of Adjustment and Appeals will hold a public hearing in the City Council meeting room, Perry, Florida on Monday, July 1, 2019 at 5:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, to hear an appeal by Robert Williams, represented by Checoya Whetsel, to be granted a Special Exception to permit a Child Care Center at the property described below:

Commence at the Southwest corner of Section 36, Township 4 South, Range 7 East, City of
Perry, Florida, and run thence North 04 degrees 06’30”E, along the section line 1150.0 feet;
thence run North 89 degrees 28’42”E, 253.92 feet for a point of beginning; then run North 04
