8U All-Stars beat Northeast Florida for sole tourney win

After a change in location from Lake City to Newberry due to nasty weather this past Thursday, the Taylor County 8U All-Star softball team won their opening round game against the Northeast Florida Girls Club, 17-8.

On Friday, the Lady Bulldogs returned to Lake City for their second round game against the Winter Springs Thunder, who defeated Taylor County 11-5 and would go on to win the state championship tournament.
