2020 election right around corner

With the Florida House District 7 special election now in the rearview mirror, Taylor County Supervisor of Elections Dana Southerland is beginning preparations for the upcoming 2020 election cycle.

“Everything went smoothly,” Southerland said of last week’s special election, in which 18.67% of Taylor County voters cast their ballots, with Republican Jason Shoaf garnering 76.77% of the vote.
