Beat the summer boredom blues with Vacation Bible School.

Several local churches are hosting upcoming programs in July:

• Spring Warrior Church of Christ: “The Book of Genesis,” July 8-10, 10 a.m., 18 months to 12 years old.

• Faith Baptist Church: “The Real Gold Rush,” July 14-19, 6-8 p.m., ages five and up.

• First Assembly of God: “Miraculous Mission,” July 22-26, registration at 5:30 p.m., VBS 6-8 p.m., kindergarten through 5th grade.

• Perry First Church of God: “Yee Haw,” July 23-25, VBS 6-8:30 p.m.
