Ethics complaint dismissed against former state attorney

The Florida Commission on Ethics has found no probable cause to believe former State Attorney Robert L. “Skip” Jarvis misused his position and resources to run records checks through restricted databases.

Elise Perkins of Jacksonville filed the ethics complaint in August against Jarvis over the record checks.
