Bolden gets four years, 2 months

    Posted on July 10, 2019

As a seven-time convicted felon, Henry Bolden Jr., 33, was potentially facing a 30-year prison sentence after being convicted of “accessory after the fact to first degree murder” for his role in the January 2018 death of Kashawn “Chico” Davis.

However, during a hearing Monday, Judge Greg Parker – following the recommended minimum scoring guidelines based on state statutes – sentenced Bolden to just four years, two months in prison followed by 10 years of probation, the first year of which will be served under community control (“house arrest”).
