    School district earns overall ‘A’

    For what is believed to be the first time since school grades have been awarded by the state, the Taylor County School District received an overall “A” grade.

    Powered in large part by an unprecedented jump from an “F” to an “A” school grade by Steinhatchee School – believed to be the only school in the state to make such an improvement – the Taylor County School District earned an overall “A” grade after being graded as a “B” last year.
