BBQ lovers all over the country will be introduced to the secrets of cooking over open flame – and Steinhatchee as a vacation destination – when they tune into PBS stations around the country for the second season of Steven Raichlen’s “Project FIRE,” now airing Saturdays at 10:30 a.m. on Gainesville’s PBS station (WUFT).
