The Taylor County High School (TCHS) football team has been moved down from Class 3A and will be playing in the Class 1A Rural division for the first time this season – which will feature many opponents much more similar in size to TCHS.
The Florida High School Athletic Association (FHSAA) announced the classifications for the 2019 and 2020 football seasons back in December, determining each school’s placement solely based on the school’s enrollment size, which moved the Bulldogs down to Class 1A Rural.
