Children’s book author to speak at public library Monday, July 29

The Friends of the Taylor County Public Library will present educator and children’s book author Amon Rwito on Monday, July 29, from 5:30-6:30 p.m.

Rwito, who was born in Kenya, is now an elementary school teacher in Tallahassee.

He has authored two children’s picture books, “My Mom Loves Me!” and “My Dad Loves Me!”

Families with children are especially invited to this free program, which will be held at the public library, 403 N. Washington St.
