Investigators: ‘Scene was utter chaos’

Flashing blue lights from responding patrol cars illuminated the scene in the aftermath of utter chaos at 216 Marjorie Drive – as more than 20 people clustered around a young woman who lay bleeding to death from a single gunshot wound to her face.

Several individuals, including a nurse, worked frantically to stop the flow of blood, applying pressure to the wound with a t-shirt.
