    NOTICE TO CREDITORS
    The administration of the Estate of Noah Ernest Anthony, deceased, whose date of death was February 25, 2019, is pending in the Circuit Court for Taylor County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 108 North Jefferson St. Suite 102, Perry, Florida 32347. The names and addresses of the personal representatives and the personal representatives’ attorney are set forth below.
    All creditors of the Decedent and other persons having claims or demands against Decedent’s estate on whom a copy of this notice is required to be served must file their claims with this court WITHIN THE LATER OF 3 MONTHS AFTER THE TIME OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE OR 30 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THIS NOTICE ON THEM.
    All other creditors of the Decedent and other persons having claims or demands against Decedent’s estate must file their claims with this court WITHIN 3 MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE.
    ALL CLAIMS NOT FILED WITHIN THE TIME PERIODS SET FORTH IN SECTION 733.702 OF THE FLORIDA PROBATE CODE WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.
    NOTWITHSTANDING THE TIME PERIODS SET FORTH ABOVE, ANY CLAIM FILED TWO (2) YEARS OR MORE AFTER THE DECEDENT’S DATE OF DEATH IS BARRED.

    NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR QUOTES FOR HAMPTON SPRINGS PARK ELECTRICAL RENOVATIONS
    The Taylor County Board of County Commissioners is soliciting quotes for the following electrical renovations:
    Furnish all labor, material, equipment and insurance necessary to complete the described work at the Hampton Springs Park site, located at 3159 Hampton Springs Rd., Perry, Florida 32348.
    Scope of Work generally includes replacing existing wiring from feed through panel at meter to restroom building, replacing existing panel at the restroom building, and running a 100 amp service for recreational vehicle pedestal located at concrete pad for park host and install security light.
    Qualified firms or individuals desiring to provide the required services may obtain a quote form from the Taylor County Building Department, located at 201 East Green Street, Perry, Florida 32347. The deadline for submittal of quote forms is 5:00 P.M., local time, on Friday, August 30, 2019.
    The County reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to reject any or all proposals, to cancel or withdraw this request for proposals at any time and waive any irregularities in the proposal process. The County reserves the right to award any contract to the respondent which it deems to offer the best overall service; therefore, the County is not bound to award any contract based on the lowest quoted price. The County, in its sole and absolute discretion, also reserves the right to waive any minor defects in the process and to accept the proposal deemed to be in the County’s best interest. The County, in its sole and absolute discretion, also reserves the right to assign a local business preference in a maximum amount of five (5) percent of the proposed price(s), under the conditions set forth in Ordinance 2003-12. No faxed proposals will be accepted.
