Leann Michelle Underwood, 47, passed away Aug. 6, 2019 in Perry. Leann was born June 17, 1972 in Aurora, Calif. to John Smith and Donna Wedge Smith.
Leann was preceded in death by her mother Donna Marie Bradshaw.
She is survived by: her father, John Smith; sister, Tina Tuten and her husband, Johnny; two children, Johnny Dale Ash and Katrina Marie Smith; as well as several grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. All arrangements are under the direction of Burns Funeral Home of Perry.
