With the stroke of a pen, more than 500 grams of methamphetamine disappeared — and with it, one of the largest seizures of meth in the county’s history.
Two weeks ago, on July 24, Judge Greg Parker granted a motion filed on three defendants’ behalf to suppress all evidence seized by law enforcement officers due to the assertion that they were discovered during a “warrantless search.”
