Man, 25, threatens victim with hammer

A Perry man was charged Saturday, June 10, with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill for allegedly threatening to assault an individual with a hammer.

Cody Butler, 25, was also charged with battery on a person 65 years of age or older.
