Guest speaker, door prize at Taylor Public Library Aug. 26

Mayo author and columnist Delores Leggett Walker will speak at the Taylor County Public Library on Monday, Aug. 26 at 5:30 p.m.

Originally from Perry, Walker is the author of six novels, including her latest, “Daughter: Will Love Survive the Centuries?”

The program, sponsored by the Friends of the Taylor County Public Library, is free, and everyone is invited to attend. The event will include light refreshments and a door prize.
