The City of Perry may have an ace up its sleeve when it comes to replenishing its dwindling cash reserves and boosting a beleaguered operating budget, as nearly 51 acres of prime development real estate it owns may soon hit the open market.
Council members are expected to discuss the proposed sale of the 50.77-acre parcel located on CR-30 (Foley Road) at its regularly scheduled meeting next Tuesday.
