Man charged with soliciting minor online

Agents with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) arrested Coty Allen Hartsfield, 29, of Perry on Tuesday for online solicitation of a minor for sex acts and transmission of material harmful to minors by electronic device.

The Taylor County Sheriff’s Office (TCSO) assisted with the case.
