City council will ‘tweak’ manager’s evaluation procedure

With City Manager Taylor Brown’s one-year anniversary approaching in September, the Perry City Council is modifying its evaluation form as members prepare to move forward with a written performance review.

Council members “tweaked” the current format at their last meeting, pulling from various sample evaluations forms culled from other local governments.
