    Shoaf opens local district office

    Posted on August 28, 2019

Dozens of community and business leaders gathered at the Historic Perry Station (Old Depot) Friday for a ribbon-cutting ceremony celebrating the opening of State House Representative Jason Shoaf’s new office here. The office is located inside the Taylor County Development Authority suite.

“By opening our first Dist. 7 office here in Perry, it gives my team and I the opportunity to serve the people of Taylor, Lafayette and Madison counties. We will be opening two additional offices in Tallahassee and Blountstown to serve our other communities as well. It is no coincidence that we are sharing space with the economic development agency. I’m committed to working with each community to help bring good paying jobs and to bring world class career training to our high school students. It is my hope that everyone will stop by soon and say hello. We are here to serve you,” Shoaf said.

The office will be open Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
