Meth found hidden in chapstick

A woman visiting an inmate at Taylor Correctional Institution (TCI) Saturday now faces multiple felonies herself after attempting to smuggle drugs into the facility.

While being searched before entering the facility, a bottle of chapstick fell out of Kristina Rodriquez’s bra. When correctional officers inspected the container, they discovered 3.6 ounces of meth hidden inside, Taylor County Sheriff’s Office (TCSO) Deputy Kyle Wimberley reported.
