Regar earns bronze medal at AAU National Championship

Ronald Regar III (“Trey”) is 13 and from Lake City, but travels over 70 miles twice a week to train Karate at the Perry Shotokan Dojo.

He has been a student of Sensei Jimmy Bowden for a little over 2-1⁄2 years, and this year he has competed in various Karate circuits in kata (forms), kobudo (weapon-boat oar), and kumite (sparring).
