County budget hearing is Sept. 9

The Taylor County Commission will hold the first of two public hearings on its 2019-20 budget on Monday, Sept. 9, to approve a tentative budget and property tax millage rates – which are projected to increase 0.6% – before returning on Monday, Sept. 16, for a final vote.

Both meetings are set to begin at 5:01 p.m.
