Joel “Stick” Strickland

Joel “Stick” Strickland, 71, passed away on Aug. 29, 2019.

He was born in Miami and was the son of the late Virginia Sheppard Strickland and Cohlan Strickland.

He enjoyed fishing and spending time with his many grandchildren.

He will be remembered for his generous personality and ability to “fix” anything. He is survived by: his three daughters, Tanya Satter, Coryn Strickland and Lynette Strickland; two sons, Brian Capo and Dylan Strickland; and seven grandchildren.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
